  I would say the service manager was absolutely awful , for a simple tire plug which was in the middle of the tire and not deep, he tried to get me into 200$ worth of labor saying it would take over an hour to do and they couldn't do it right away even with my appointment already scheduled they were too busy now and when I denied getting the service there and would go somewhere else and asked his name, he told me good for me , started raising his voice and talking crap as I was walking out the door so I had to turn around and defend myself more , this is awful customer service from a manager and me and my family will never be going here again

  Fantastic experience! We called them when we had a blowout traveling through the area. Called them from the side of the road with no information in front of us and they were patient and looked up our information from our account, helped us order replacement tires, and set up an appointment for us within just a few days. When we took the truck in for the appointment, the staff were super friendly and helpful, they listened to our concerns and they were very knowledgeable about alignments. They took their time with our vehicle to make sure to correct the issues and talked us through other potential concerns. I even followed up after the appointment with a question and they went out of their way to help get me an answer. A rare customer service gem in this age! They seemed knowledgeable and willing to help. All-in-all a fantastic experience and we truly appreciate their expertise!

  I gave them 1 star because 0 was not an option. I drive a fleet vehicle and repairs don't cost me personally. I went to GY to have my AC fixed on my 2023 Ram 1500. I told them the AC was not working and that was my main concern. I made the appointment with them because they said they could fix it. I went in prior to the appointment to ensure they had all the information they needed to do the work. I dropped the truck off the day before the appointment to ensure they had enough time to complete the work. After 2 days of having the truck they then informed me they cannot work on the new AC units as they do not have the equipment used with the new Freon. They should have known they truck had the new freon as it is a 2023. They should have told me when I 1st called and asked or when I cam in to give all needed details or when I dropped the truck off. But they didn't. I drove there and had my wife fallow in my personal vehicle to drop it off and to pick it up. 30 min each way that's 2 hours on my personal vehicle. They didn't fix the AC. I waisted time money and fuel, as well as my wife and company's time and money. In the future when someone is asking for a repair they should take a minute and ensure they can do the work before scheduling and wasting everyone's time .

  The fastest service I have ever received. The guys were on it 100%. Put all 4 tires on in no time. Definitely recommend going there.
