This review is woefully late, but here goes.
I was on the last night of a cross-country move in October of 2022 when I jumped a curb in my hotel parking lot and somehow managed to both blow my tire and dent the rim. Goodyear said they'd take a look and see what they could do. The following morning they called - no chance of fixing it, but they said they'd send one of their guys to a pick-and-pull to see if they could find me a rim. They found me a rim, installed it, and got me back on the road that day. The price was incredibly reasonable, especially in light of how far above and beyond they went to help me out. I can't say enough about how grateful I was at the time, and remain - I teared up again writing this review. It had been such an exhausting move, I had pets with me, I was three hours from my new house, and I just wanted to be done. They were an absolute life-saver.

Had an appointment scheduled and it took them 4 hours to install new tires. What a joke, what’s the point of an appointment if it’s treated like a walk in. The sales rep was also a bit rude. I put two stars because the job was done right at least.

First I have no problem with the quality of the work, it was done just as I would expect with no issues. Main concern is the scheduling. Called a few days prior and spoke with the store manager to set up the appt. He said they are free anytime on that particular Friday. I scheduled for first thing the morning 8:00. When I walked in none of the staff even knew I had an appointment or what the work was for ( 4 tires). I also set the appt up online to take advantage of an online only rebate. The staff asked if I was waiting which I was because it would be at least 4 hours. I then asked why and they then told me they were all overbooked for that time slot. I took a day off from work to get this work done and had other appts scheduled for later that morning which would have been no problem if the manager had actually taken my information and scheduled me as he said he did. I recommend calling numerous times and confirming your appt and ballpark timeframe of completion to avoid sitting in the store half the day.
I would say the service manager was absolutely awful , for a simple tire plug which was in the middle of the tire and not deep, he tried to get me into 200$ worth of labor saying it would take over an hour to do and they couldn't do it right away even with my appointment already scheduled they were too busy now and when I denied getting the service there and would go somewhere else and asked his name, he told me good for me , started raising his voice and talking crap as I was walking out the door so I had to turn around and defend myself more , this is awful customer service from a manager and me and my family will never be going here again
