  Came in with a leak, they quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to fix it within 30 minutes. It was super cheap, would come back again.

  This store preys on people who aren't knowledgeable about cars and will make up blatant lies to sell overpriced tires. Novice technicians and clueless counter help. It's always has been this way and apparently still is. They must train they're employees in these tactics. Don't waste your time and money. They'll hold your vehicle for hours just to deny service if you don't purchase they're tires when you don't buy the nonsense story they attempt to feed you.

  After exclusively using dealers for servicing my vehicles for years, I started using mavis a few years ago. This store has always met my expectations and gone above and beyond for me, staff is responsive and courteous, prices are on par with current market conditions, and wait times are basically the same as my numerous dealer experiences. My most recent visit was hours before the impending blizzard, the team got me in and out and off to work quickly. Highly reccomend for all your automotive needs.

  Had a fantastic experience. My one tire kept dropping in air pressure and I didn’t know why. They figured out I had a nail and fixed the issue promptly. I didn’t wait long at all! Courtney was especially helpful and nice and made the process incredibly easy and enjoyable!

  Came in today at 9:40AM for my 10AM appointment for an emergency tire patch for a possible nail. I was greeted by a younger male who stated I would be waiting an hour and a half for my service. Considering I had an appointment scheduled, already started off on the wrong foot. He then proceeds to answer the desk phone and begin cursing loudly while talking about the Knicks game while several customers are in the room. Time goes by, I speak to the manager regarding my tire, who states she can provide the service for free if I leave a positive google review. Of course, I oblige due to the stress of having the issue to begin with. All seems fine with the service after about an hour and 15 minutes it is finished. I leave the positive review and I head home to get ready for work. After leaving work tonight at approximately 10pm, I notice the same exact tire is flat yet again not even a day has passed, and I’m 65 miles from home. This place is insanely unprofessional and not honest at all, do not care about the customer only about themselves. Do not visit this business! Seek others even if it means a little more distance and less convenience, it will save you in the long run!
