They were helpful in finding the leak but refused to fix it even though it WAS NOT on the sidewall. Maybe their judgment was impaired due to the strong skunk smell in the garage. Complete ripoff, will not return and will contact corporate to find out if their skunk rehab license is up to date. Thanks for finding the leak!

Then she blamed me for the rip. If I could give zero stars I would. Places like this should be out of business

I contacted corporate office.They said they haven't heard of such a thing.Be careful of Rockypoint Mavis .lol PS Tire rotation is free with purchase from Mavis tires !!!!!!
- NMNeil MishkinNov 10, 20251.01 star too many Had an appointment 2 hours + for an oil change Mechanic was working on 3 different cars at the same time Front 2 tires are very worn and I am replacing ( but not at Mavis) The print out said they inspected the tires and they were fine I questioned it and then they said yes they are almost bald It said they rotated the tires But the bald tires remained in the same position that they were in The 2 back are relatively new and fine So several lies there They changed the oil and never checked the dip stick to see if the level was correct So ZERO trust factor For this Mavis 0 stars at best

I have no problem waiting if I am told an accurate time.I was told 45 min and it took 2 and a half hours . Like I said if I had it planed it would have been ok.I also advise you double check that they returned your hub cap locks before leaving . They forgot mine adding an additional 20 min wait time for the employee to return from lunch .
