They originally told her that the oil filter was one of the worst that he had ever seen and whoever did it last time didn't replace it. When one of the other workers told him the last oil change was done there, he than told my wife that her particular car is known to need oil changes more than others and she should bring it in sooner. The car is 3 years old and this statement is completely false. They've never tried to pull this stuff with me when I brought it in and I wont be bringing any of my cars here in the future. I don't appreciate them trying to take advantage.
