  Spent $2k here over the past few months without issue — until this morning. Came in for a simple tire swap and was quoted higher than my last visit. Told to come back in 30 minutes, only to be informed they "can't apply the discount, but don't know why." Manager was standing right there and said nothing. The place wasn't even busy. Word of advice: check your invoices. While tallying up my invoices, I noticed I was charged a recycling fee on a tire that left with me. I've sent neighbors here, but I won't anymore. Find a shop that honors its word.

  I had a really great experience at Mavis Discount Tire. I came in because I had a screw stuck in my tire, and they took care of it quickly and professionally. What really stood out to me was that they didn’t even charge me for the repair. The staff was friendly, honest, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you come across service like that. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future tire needs and would recommend them to anyone.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire. The team was incredibly helpful and got me a new tire quickly and efficiently when I really needed it. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made the whole process stress-free. I was impressed by how fast they worked without cutting corners. It’s reassuring to know there’s a place I can rely on for quality service in a pinch. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone in need of tire service. Shout out to Kurt !

  Service for inspection was great, seamless and uninterrupted. Gentleman gave me an estimate for rear brakes which were in pretty bad condition. Offered full service. Beautiful associate asked me to fill out the survey at the end, but I swear I am being honest. Bravo.

  Had Anil and Kurt specifically help me with questions that I had about my relatively new car (2022 Honda) during the week and not only were they helpful in giving me lower-cost alternatives that I could pursue myself, they also mentioned to me that I could get certain services done here - absolutely love the fact that while I was talking to them, they took my concerns seriously, not waving me off and actually assisted with a acceleration issue that I thought I was having. Couldn’t get this level of service at the dealership’s service center, so it was a breath of fresh air to be able to not only speak to someone, but to also get that person to look at my car in real time at a moments notice and give an accurate assessment was paramount in my decision to get a 2nd opinion. I will be coming back here for some work. 5 stars for the services - you will not find a better team than here.
