  Amazing experience! The manager Dillion is so knowledgeable, patient and respectful! He answered all my questions and showed me everything he was checking, advised but never pushed to “upsell” While he was helping me he had eyes on his staff so all customers were getting great service! I was in and out very quickly and very satisfied! I’m definitely going back to the Greece Ridge Rd location for all my car maintenance needs! Thank you Dillion, you have a customer for life.

  The West Ridge Road team is totally amazing. If you want short lines and amazing service take your vehicles to this store just West of Wegmans plaza

  So glad I found them! I was able to stay in my car, they explained everything as they went, and explained each of the options available. Will definitely be back! Head here for a quick oil change with knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient workers.

  I came in for my first time today and the entire staff, was so very helpful and kind! Mike was absolutely wonderful and left me at ease the entire time. He was so knowledgeable and friendly, I will absolutely come back! Thank you!

  All of the staff were incredibly kind and honest. They let me know right away that my oil didn’t actually need to be changed yet, which I really appreciated—it showed they care more about their customers than making a quick sale. They still went above and beyond by checking my tires & wiper fluid, and giving me an updated sticker with the exact mileage for my next oil change. All of the workers were so nice, I'll definitely be back!
