  Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. Communication was clear throughout the appointment, and the quality of work was outstanding. They handled everything efficiently and made sure I was taken care of the entire time. I highly recommend Safelite to anyone needing auto glass service.

  After they installed my back Winslow , my sensors light came on and they said they're not responsible for that since they only install windows glass . And also they told me to take the car who broke my glass to fixed very unprofessional do your self a favor stay away from this store.

  We had a small crack in the windshield. When the tech finished, I could barely tell where it was, and wouldn’t be able to find it if I didn’t know exactly where it was. They came to my house, so I didn’t need to take time off of work or even drive to their location. Great convenience and excellent craftsmanship is everything I could ask for.

  Maddi came to my workplace to replace my windshield. Very friendly, explained what she would be doing and how long it would take. EXCELLENT service. Customer service was great as well, they handling everything with my insurance company. Just one call to Safelite and everything was taken care of.

  Safelite has always sucked. Used them twice. always slow, late or some kind of problem. Been 10 years since I used them. Figured I would give them another chance. Yep. I am stupid. They sucked again! First of all a 1:00 to 6:00 window is ridiculous. But I left work at 12:30 so I would be home in time. They send me 4 text messages with all kinds of rules I must follow to make life easy for them. At 4:30 on a Friday afternoon I get a call. Sorry can’t make it. I will never ever for any reason what so ever use Safelite for anything in my life. Even for life saving measures if it sounds like Safelite I would rather die. Don’t be a dummy like me. Use Ray Sands Glass like all the other smart people.
