  Complete waste of time. We had an appointment scheduled for two weeks for the day before Easter. The shop called and asked us to come in earlier, so we cancelled our plans and rearranged our day since we needed the car ready for Easter. While we were already driving to the appointment THEY requested, they called again and cancelled because they “didn’t have the windshield in yet.” Their excuse was that they had no way of knowing they didn’t have it. How do you schedule an appointment for two weeks and not even confirm you have the part? Totally unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful of customer time. This ruined our weekend because we couldn’t safely drive 1.5 hours each way with an 8+ inch crack in the windshield. Avoid Safelite. Go to Ray Sands Glass instead, they got us in the next day and were friendly and professional.

  They did a great job installing the windshield and transferring over my stickers, ez pass, and keeping my vehicle clear inside upon completion. Unfortunately they installed my windshield wipers in the wrong index position so they weren’t wiping the entire windshield and worse - they were striking the bottom of the windshield housing and caused a rubber gasket to be deformed. Luckily I was able to repair this myself pretty easily, but I shouldn’t have had to do so. Returning it and coordinating having them fix the issue would have taken longer than just doing it myself. I’d really expect better attention to detail.

  I had a leak from a replacement windshield from 2 years ago and they were able to get it repaired and helped me fix the damage to my vehicle. They took great care of me. Thanks Kevin and team!

  My appointment had be rescheduled twice. I ended up taking my car to their location. They were courteous and fast (replacing my windshield in 1 hour). They did a great job. My only issue was that after I left I got a tiny piece of glass in my palm from touching the seat. I then noticed there were many tiny pieces of glass all over the inside of my car (in the front seats, the middle console, the dashboard and the floor). I ended up wiping down the inside of my car and then vacuuming up the rest of the tiny shards.

  Excellent service with Safelite. Make it very convenient come right to you. Customer service is excellent. It’s not a super fast appointment date so be prepared to wait about a week but it’ll be well worth it. They accidentally ordered the wrong windshield came out to install it, took full accountability and reschedule an appointment for one week later with the correct windshield and gave me a discount for any inconvenience. Highly recommend.
