  When you put the new tires on you sent us home with a leaky front tire that was flat in the morning. When we j estimated we saw that that tire was not completely on the rim and the bead is not sealed and the valve stem is rotted and leaking. AND…. You kept the good tire that I was supposed to “get back” and you charged me for disposal! Dene Donaldson

  My service was great as usual, but the call center experience was terrible! I had difficulty understanding the person on the other end to schedule an appointment

  I had just bought a used car, and the dealership only allowed a 3–4 hour test drive window. I originally booked a pre-purchase inspection with Monro in Rochester at 1pm, but when I arrived on time, they told me no mechanic was available. The store representative also called to the Henrietta location but no luck, then I then called Monro customer service but finally I could not have the pre-purchase inspection since it was nearly the end of the date and no other mechanic shops accept us that time.

  Shameful that the female answering phone could not understand English. Keep jobs in the USA if you would like my business!!!! Employees at this location on Jefferson Rd. Rochester,NY always willing to help customer

  The positive is that they were able to get the tires I needed quickly. The negative is that they left my car filthy. My friend was coming with me to take my old tires and put it in their truck. No need, these people threw them into my back seat and trunk, somehow in bags but dirt everywhere. On my cargo cover, on the back seat, on the ground. The front seat was horrible. Dirt along the outside of the door, then open it to see it all along the inside. Dirt caked along my steering wheel. My seat was WET and whatever that stuff was ended up staining it! I drove home sitting on my jacket. We’re talking a 2024 car that’s practically brand new and being treated like this. There was also a piece of plastic removed from under the steering wheel (why? I was just getting new tires) that they just left in the passenger seat for me to figure out how to get it back in. My tires were all over inflated (44 instead of the recommended 32 - again, why?) They also tried to charge me $100+ extra for an alignment I didn’t have done but luckily I caught it before paying.
