    I came in because I needed a tire patch, was past due for a rotation, and wanted the tires in top shape with a winter storm coming through. Since the car was already going to be up in the air and I was close to due, I also asked for an oil change. I had to repeat multiple times which tire needed repair. They patched the tire, but communication was poor, and it did not appear the rotation had been done until I specifically asked. They then refused to do the oil change, saying the drain plug was too stripped, even though they did not seem to make a real attempt to remove it. I later removed it myself with a 6-point socket and replaced the plug. As a first-time customer, this did not inspire confidence.

    I had a great experience Derick was helpful and was able to get my car in ASAP. He was friendly and was working really hard to get everything done as he was working shorthanded but still remained positive and upbeat with all the customers despite having to run back and forth to answer phones and wait on customers and change tires at the same time.

    I booked an appointment for service on line for 9 am and received a confirmation that my appointment was received and confirmed. I arrived precisely at 9 am and was informed that my wait time would be one hour. It is now 11:10 am and my vehicle is still sitting where I parked it. I find this unacceptable and will not be using your services in the future and would suggest to others that they rethink their choice in using your services as well. A wait time of over two hours before you even brought my vehicle into your service bay is ridiculous and I question why you even bother to offer pre-booking appointments.

    I want to thank Derrick and Tito at Mavis on Maiden Lane in Greece, NY for their integrity and professionalism. When I took my car in for an oil change a few weeks ago at my Lexus dealer, they told me that I needed rear brakes, saying they were down to 3mm. I took my car to Mavis for the brake repair this morning and Derick walked me back to show me that my brakes are at 6MM, not 3MM and they weren't "in good conscience" able to replace them yet. Tito, the mechanic, gave me good advice on how to keep an eye on them along with recommendations of when to bring the vehicle back to have them checked again. I really appreciate both of these gentlemen as they easily could have replaced the brakes and I would not have known the wiser. That's integrity! - doing the right thing for the customer, not their bottom line. That’s also what makes new customers become loyal, returning customers. Thank you again Derick and Tito, you will see me again for my automotive service needs! I plan to share my experience in hopes to send more business your way.

    I was told by a mechanic that my back breaks had DAYS before they were metal on metal and my front breaks were close behind. They tried to pressure me into adding that onto already getting 4 tires. Another shop actually did the breaks and only did the back because it wouldn’t pass inspection, the front breaks were fine. Less than a month after getting the 4 tires from this location two of them had bubbles in the wall. Instead of working with me they were rude and dismissive. I did not want free tires, but for them to immediately say that I will need to pay full price and there is nothing I can do about it is crazy. So they lied about the state of my breaks and were so unprofessional and rude when I came to talk to them about the tires I had for less than a month
