  They did the estimate and the work the following week. The service was good and they were all friendly. Good experience.

  This is a great place. I accidentally smashed the left front of my Chevy SUV. Tphis required extensive and time consuming work. They did great work and when I got it back I could not tell the vehicle had ever been damaged. I would definitely go back there if there were anymore work to be done.

  Did a very very good job on repairing the damage on my vehicle! Definitely 100 times better than the Gerber collision in Gates! Also polite!

  Brought my vehicle to them in November. ETA is now March after several completion dates have come and gone. Bob Johnson, West Herr, corner store shop, any other repair shop is a better option than this place.

  They've had my vehicle for almost 2.5 months now, allegedly waiting on parts. The day before I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle they extended the pick up date by another 1.5 weeks. At this point it's 100% laziness and/or incompetence and I'm convinced this location lies about how long repairs will take. Worst experience I've had in my life with a collision center. As others have stated, take your vehicle anywhere but here. Update as of February: still don't have my vehicle after the 3rd date of completion has come and gone. New ETA is a month away. Four months for a repair. Absolutely mind blowing that this place is in business.
