  Hands down each experience I've had with enterprise has been great, I went to enterprise a different location to get my rental, when I got there I was told that they didnt have the size van I reserved. The female staff at that location did everything by reaching out to other location to see if they had what I was looking for, they did!!! I went to Linden enterprise location where I was greeted by these two amazing gentleman Dan and Noah. They not only had what I was looking for but made this experience great for me and my family. I was able to visit my family and everyone was there and comfortable in the rental we got. Thank you so much Noah, Dan and the female staff over at their other location for making this trip possible and very affordable 👍🏾

  I've used this location a few times and its has always been an quick and efficient. The staff is always very friendly. I use rental cars for work and personal travels and 763 Linden ave Rochester location is always my first choice.

  Just happened: We had a prepaid reservation through Costco for Saturday March 28 at 1:00 PM. We arrived at 1:30 PM and couldn’t pick up our car because the office was closed. We parked there and tried calling to arrange another vehicle, but we were in a critical situation and needed the car before Sunday 6:00 AM. After about an hour waiting and negotiating outside the office, an employee finally appeared out of the closed office. We explained our urgent need, but he repeatedly said he could only help at 10:00 AM Sunday. Now we’re in a very difficult situation because no comparable vehicles (premium SUVs or any bigger size SUV) are available before our planned time. A courtesy call confirming whether our car would be ready before the office closed would have been appreciated. This situation has significantly impacted our family and disrupted our travel plans. Additionally, the lack of customer service was very disappointing, the employee remained inside the office for over an hour after closing, visibly aware of our presence, yet unwilling to assist or provide any meaningful support. He kept repeating one sentence “can only help you tomorrow”
