  Came in for a windshield replacement and had a wonderful experience! Service was fast and efficient, they were able to finish my car in half the time I was told! There is a comfy waiting area with complementary coffee and hot chocolate for those who wait there. The manager Scott and the whole staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.

  Went through my insurance company to get a windshield replaced utilizing Safelite. They did a great job and was updated via text about each step of the process from scheduling to completion. Highly recommend.

  I recommend Safelite to everyone needing glass repair or replacement. Due to the winter weather this past Saturday, my windshield cracked and ended up needing to be replaced. Safelite got me in right away on Tuesday and I was in and out in just around an hour and 15 minutes. The waiting room was nice. They have a complimentary coffee bar and a restroom. The staff was really friendly and the whole process was really easy. It's only been a couple of days but the new windshield and wipers are holding up nicely.

  Our Safelite tech, Maddie, said she was done and we were all set with our driver's window, but, thankfully, I did not trust that and tested the window out, and it would not go up and down. Maddie then worked on the window for a couple of hours and blamed the fact that the window is resting in the door and can't be used on previous work that a mechanic must've done. She did say that she is responsible for stripping screws in the window regulator clamps and would be back in MAX 2 days with new screws. She never called and never came back, so, while the window is now not shattered anymore, it is completely unusable, and we now have to pay for someone to fix Safelite's mistakes. Maddie should not be doing work for Safelite. She does not know what she's doing and is a horrible representation of the company.

  Had my windshield replaced the first time by a mobile Safelite service..installer was great but after the install there was a leak. I had to schedule a time to bring it in the Irondequoit location where I got into an argument with their "lead tech" Garrett telling me there was no leak to be found. I showed him where the water marks were on the edge of the headliner which was where the water was coming in.Obviously the water was getting by the weatherstrip and past the sealant used to install the new windshield. Total waste of my time!! So..a couple days later an extremely nice and professional woman Leah called me back to remedy the situation. So..back to the shop a second time where a different tech installed a new windshield (due to the one replaced the first time developed a new crack). This time all is well and no leaks. I would recommend using a different company to avoid possible headaches and time wasted.
