Only had a minor lack of communication issue with the rear wiper that was functional when I entered the shop and is now not functional, but I will find a place to fix that on my own. Pretty fast windshield repair took just 90 minutes or less. Wish I had more of my day if they arrived in the time booked though. $400 or so for a 2013 Ford Flex windshield.
