We live in NC but my wife’s family is in Rochester NY. 2 other times within the last 6 months I have flown my wife and 3 kids back to Rochester and rented a vehicle for them and she picked it up no problems. Then , today, the third time in 6 months, they fly in to Rochester to be told that I need to be there because it’s in my name. So she tried to rent it herself, but they wouldn’t accept her debit card. So now they’re stuck looking for transportation from Rochester to Dan Which is normally an hour drive without traffic or weather consideration. If that is their rule, then I’m not mad at that but considering we’ve done this two other times within the last six months and they allowed her to rent it without a problem to now today, it is a problem is where I’m upset. We have a fairly large corporate account with them that I manage, and after the response I received from their customer service both in person and on the phone. I’m going to probably remove it from enterprise national Alamo, and move it over to someone else. Get your stuff together.

Thevres was for a specific AWD vehicle but it was not there nor ready. Jude and Satti were able to get me into a comparable vehicle in short order. It was critical for me as the weather was horrible!! Thank you both for ensuring a wonderful experience!
