  No hastle, I was completely satisfied with everything from National Car Rental. Pickup, drop off, and price paid was great. The best car rental experience I have ever had. They really are top notch!

  Great experience with National Car Rental. Everything was quick and seamless from pickup to return, and the car was clean and ready. Emerald was especially nice and helpful, very professional and easy to work with. Really appreciated the great customer service and would absolutely rent with this National again when in town!

  I rented a car from National Car Rental and, as always, I was very satisfied. I would like to thank Sati and Shaun very much. As always, their service and respect were excellent. Thank you very much, and I recommend them to everyone. I also thank the entire team; it was a fantastic service and a great experience as always. I look forward to renting from them again.🙏👍

  I am so disappointed with the customer service at National in the Rochester airport. The woman working had curly-ish brown hair pulled back and glasses, and absolutely could not be bothered to be polite or pleasant. I’m not even kidding she had to be one of the least friendly people I’ve ever seen work in a customer service role. I also work in customer service so I walked up smiling and said hello, to which she just said “do you have a reservation.” I said yes, and as she pulled up my information I tried making some fun, small talk to see if I was misreading her communication or if she was actually just naturally rude. I said, “Wow! It feels so warm in there, I can feel it like blowing out of the window!” Straight faced and annoyed she pointed at the ceiling and said, “it’s coming from above you.” I laughed and said something else, but she genuinely seemed miserable, confirming my read on her initially. Once we got to the billing section of the reservation, she realized that my partner and I had put his credit card on the reservation that was in my name. I am totally at fault for assuming it would be okay, given he’s listed as an additional driver of the car. I unfortunately did not have another physical credit card on me, and the one I made the reservation with ended up expiring November 30th. This woman was, again, so rude in telling me there was no way to use his card. My partner and I stood there in silence for a bit, hoping she would give us some ideas on what we could do. So while he and I tried to figure out what we could do to fix this, she “helped” the person waiting behind us. We stepped to the side and decided we would cancel mine and create a new one under his name really quickly. Once she was done assisting the other person, I let her know we decided to just cancel mine and rebook one for him (since she offered no help or suggestions). She looked at me and said, “wait did you actually just cancel the reservation?!?” I said, “yeah I just did, was I not supposed to do that?” She rolled her eyes, scoffed/laughed, and very rudely said that she was going to basically copy over the registration/rental number from mine to a new one for him, and made it sound like it was the worst possible thing in the world that I had cancelled it. Mind you, she did not tell me anything nor did it appear like she was interested in helping me at all. I apologized and explained that I assumed it would be the best thing to do to help so we could hurry up and get out of there. After she continued to make me feel like the stupidest person on the planet for not being able to read her mind, I asked if we could use my corporate account number on the new reservation. She looked at me and asked, “does HE work for the company?” (as if I was a toddler) I said no, and she said “okay... then no.” We cancelled all of it and booked at a different rental company. I normally prefer using National at other airports because they’re usually the easiest to book with, as traveling is already stressful enough. I will be considering other rental companies depending on the airport moving forward. We left that interaction with our jaws on the floor at how astounded we were she still has a job in customer service. I genuinely hope she receives, at the least, coaching so she doesn’t treat anyone else so poorly in the future. This was at 2pm on 12/4.
