- MJMelody JohnsonDec 8, 20255.0I had just left another Monroe muffler shop to get a an exhaust estimate left there and headed to Henrietta, which was quite a distance away and a check engine light came on and said charging system check with a picture of my battery. I lost complete steering could not do anything pulled into this location in front of their doors. Doug, who was on duty at the time came right out checked everything out for me said he would get it on the lift ended up being the belt tensioner had completely gone in my car they quickly and even though it was an hour and a half or so quickly resolved the issue they were super friendly. The branch manager was amazing all of them super friendly just reacted quickly and got me on my way. I would recommend this location to anybody. I feel they did treat me honestly fairly and again with very huge amounts of compassion and friendliness couldn’t have asked for a better location to break down
