They always treat me with respect and explain to me about what's going on with my vehicle. They are up front and honest and tell me exactly what I need and what I need to watch out for when it comes to my 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan. I've been there twice now and each time they all gave been a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them. I even stopped going to my dealership because of these guys. I like when the mechanic come out and talks to ME about what's going on with my vehicle.

But upon arriving they are not doing inspections because the machine is broken. (Kind of sick to tell me to come when he knew the machine is broken) So i drove down the street to Mr tire and they got me in right away, did the inspection and advised a new air filter, which i bought (not expensive). MUCH better experience than monro. I will contine with Mr Tire.
