    The mgr was good but Jose the tech pulled my car out without rotating my tires or checking air pressure,had to be told by me that he didn't rotate tires,don't know how to get $20 rebate

    You just lost a customer, every time I came in there for a service I had a coupon to get a discount. This last time the coupon was a rebate that wouldn’t allow me to get the $20 discount for some unknown reason so I’m never coming there again.

    Keith Legler, the manager at the Dewey Ave. Store in Greece NY was so helpful to me and another customer this past week. He was able to inspect my car in a timely manner with the help of his technician (I only had a few days before it was about to expire). He also immediately helped the customer who came in after me with a flat tire . This customer was running late for a very important doctor's appointment. Keith is amazing. I totally recommend using the services at Monro on Dewey Avenue and Latta Road in Greece New York.

    Very honest & professional! I went to them for a 2nd opinion on something that supposedly was going to fail my car inspection! Thank god I did because it was not true & I didn’t need to spend almost $2500 to get something fixed that really didn’t need fixing to pass the inspection! I will be going here now on for all my car needs!
