  Service manager was polite, knowledgeable, and quick with serving my car. The IT service for booking screwed up and over booked like they had before. He got me in quickly in spite of the booking error. They need a website and phone crew that actually work it just let them answer the phone there.

  Ended up here out if last minute necessity. Had a bulge in my sidewall and needed two new tires ASAP. I showed up at 11:45 without an appointment, asking if they could squeeze me in, and by 2:30 they were calling and saying it was ready for pick up. I paid $350 out the door for two brand new all season tires, and a full synthetic oil change. They were also able to track down a blown bulb for me and replaced it for free. Definitely a great experience.

  Excellent customer service ! I came in thinking the worst; and left so appreciative! Had a bolt stuck in my tire that actually didn't puncture the tire! They didn't charge me anything. So I would highly recommend these guys were very thorough and kind. I'd recommend them for any of your concerns specially in a pinch! 10/10

  I had an issue with my brakes(on a Saturday) and I was able to get an appointment that day(Dewy/Latta location). They worked on it and everything seemed to be OK. Then I started having the same issue again. Unfortunately they were closed so I took it to another Monro Muffler location, on a Sunday, that was open(Elmridge Plaza). I was told by that location that I would have to repay for the whole repair because the initial repair wasn't done by their shop.I said that the repair came with a warranty snd it's all being done at Monro Muffler. They said, "sorry you have to pay for it all over again". I left ASAP. I waited until the shop on Dewey/Latta opened on Monday morning and was there 1st thing. I told them what happened with my brakes and with what happened with the other store, they apologized profusely and took my truck in and began working on it. It turned out to be that my brake lines up front were collapsing (they told me if i paid for the oarts they wouldn't charge me labor because of what happened)and the tech that could do that work wasn't there that day. They even tried to get a tech from Mr Tire to come over snd had no luck. So my truck had to stay overnight. The repair got finished and cost me nothing. Shortly after leaving that same issue came back. I was near by and stopped back in to the store. They said that they would bring it in the next day. This time it was worked on before the scheduled appointment and the calipers were bad because of the stress from the brake lines going bad. I had to pay for that repair and things are fine with my truck now. The techs and the manager at that location were great and treated me with respect and didn't charge me for things that were covered under a previous repair. I would definitely recommend going back to this location. As for the other location I'll definitely be calling the 800 number and complaining about 1) how they do business, 2) that they were rude, 3) that they wouldn't cover or even look at a repair by a location that is under the very same corporate name as them(looks very bad for the company). Again go see the people at Dewey/Latta, very professional. A+
