  Wish I could give zero stars. Worst place ever to bring your car. Appointments do not matter (mine was for 11am), failed my inspection for a freekin headlight. (I bought hrand new ones and set on the seat, "we dont use customer bought products" Instead of calling me to tell me i had a headlight out, want us to fix it to pass? 5 hours later I showed up and they refused to take it off the lift until I paid for a failed inspection and scraped my sticker. Worst customer service I have ever had. Literally took 40 minutes to get my car out of the shop THEN handed me an acura key (i have a honda) I refused to take as the guy was yelling at me that its YOUR key. I stated many times I have a honda it is not my key he continued to hand the key to me. I left unhappy overall and will NEVER GO BACK.

  I had an urgent issue with my car and this place was the only place able to take me in the same day. The problem ended up being quite trivial but the guys here were super accommodating to my concerns and needs. The guys here do really efficient and honest work. Would come back again.

  Yes, the assistant manager Dillia was an honest, very professional man he took care of my situation and he also assistant other customers while I was there I will give this place an A+ for the honesty and loyal. I was strongly recommended to any local Rochester. I was visiting from California and he took care of my son‘s car problem here in Rochester. NY

  Awesome customer service prompt response, even in light of how super busy this place was when I came in for a scheduled service! You can tell the workers there are dedicated and knowledgeable as well as great at handling high volumes of walk ins and over scheduling (probably from internet appts)

  These people should be put out of business and run out of town. Hard to believe this is a locally-owned chain. Went in for a routine oil change/fluid check and they told me I needed new brake pads & rotors. Four hours later, I left with an $1800 and a car making a weird noise. When I took it back the next morning, they told me the noise I was hearing was a new part scraping against some rust on the bottom of my car and that it would "go away over time." Drove the car to Buffalo, where the car overheated. That's when I discovered that they left the radiator cap off and nearly burned the engine up. Had to abandon my car in Buffalo for over a week for repairs and assessment and was out another $1000. When you try to call corporate headquarters, they put you on hold and then hang up on you. NEVER do business with these people. NEVER.
