Max and the other guys helped me out and I’m so appreciative. Amazing service, not a long wait time, and now my rim is bent back and my tire isn’t leaking air. Thank you so much for the amazing service!
- TMTeresa MazzaJan 5, 20261.0Went in for exhaust noise and in the door manager Caleb gonna charge 54.00 just to look at car I told him that free estimate he put car on lift and said it was the resonator he said he had to order parts he took exhaust off from resonator to muffler so I could not leave 3 hours just for parts he gave me a bill of 1428.09 muffler 599.87 and 312.25 labor 400.00 that is way over priced when I called manager he said no mistake that if I didn't pay can't get my car I called customer service

I came all the way back to the location for them to correctly finish what they started. I had another appointment at this location but because no staff was there until later, my appointment was moved to a later time of the day. I left totally dissatisfied. I Can not recommend this location for service to anyone. Monroe Muffler locations seem unable to keep good employees, therefore it creates a problem for the customer. You make it easy for customers like me to pay the extra money to know I'll get the work done right some place else. I have had my vehicle serviced with Monroe Muffler for years and now I'm truly disappointed.
