They were pretty busy but Charles Cummings personally took care of me. I was extremely grateful for the awesome service!

Service lasted for about an hour which was very convenient for my busy schedule. I had my oil change done and my tires inflated as the cold hair has lowered the pressure lately. Thank you to the two gentleman up front for making the transaction as smooth as possible. Even had a few good laughs.

This visit was only for a New York State inspection by appointment and they took my vehicle in on time and had the inspection completed in 30 minutes. - NANate AnonymousDec 9, 20253.0Paid $1200 (minus 300 because they Installed the last exhaust system too) for an exhaust that might not last 2 years and a couple other repairs. For a total of 4000 with brakes I didn't bring in quickly enough and something else. Price was probably Fair, but they didn't rotate my tires and fix my one leaky tire like I asked. So they'll get it mostly right even after I labeled out my concerns. Be prepared for a decent relationship but you might have to hold them to every detail and concern you have otherwise it'll just get forgotten. When appointments are made they just don't write down everything you say, it's just one "main" thing and screw the rest.
