  I am a senior citizen. I requested a senior discount if possible. Manager said no problem. I also offered AARP or AAA member if needed. I was told I will take care of it. No problem at all. When I picked up the car instead of being $1,800 it ended up $2,300 plus with no discounts. Very disappointed that there were no discounts. None listed at all on my receipt.

  Rob and his team are great. My wife’s CRV rides and sounds normal after new struts were installed and exhaust repaired.

  I needed a quick NYS Re-Inspection this week and the machine at the other garage was down! Monroe fit me right in and handled the last minute scheduling beautifully, thank you for being kind and flexible. At the same time I was there an elderly gentleman walked in on a very snowy day looking for help to add air to his tires, the crew hopped into action filling the tires and making sure he got back to his vehicle safely. They even invited him to return to fill up again if he ever needed it! This staff is so respectful and responsible!
