  Have gone here for like 8 years, but the service over the last year or so has been so bad that I’m about done now.. The last few times when I showed for a scheduled appointment, ones where I called nearly a week in advance for, I have been told they didn’t have me on the schedule when I show up. I’ve always made it easy on them too because I will just drop off in the morning and they give me a call when they get to it and complete it.. At least the one time they made up for the mistake and worked me in even though they said they were busy, but the last couple times I’ve just been told there was nothing they could do as the day was full.. Like sorry but that’s not my fault you don’t know how to write down a reservation. One person there mentioned to me the most recent time that this happens a lot there (which doesn’t give me any confidence in them), while someone else is offering to reschedule for a different day.. like I have full confidence that I won’t show up and get turned away again.. nothing to make up for the inconvenience of my scheduled appointment being thrown away etc.. they know how to take reservations, but they don’t know how to hold them, which is the most important part of the reservation. Then they just tell you sorry but there’s nothing we’re going to do about it.. This place has become completely unreliable.. Luckily my recent appointments that Monro muffler screwed me over on were just oil changes and Vavoline around the corner was able to get me in within like 10-15min, so shout out to them.. Monro just better hope they don’t pull this with my wife’s car because she’s a lot meaner than I am and I’d feel bad for the sorry sap at the front desk who would have to deal with that firestorm lol

  I’m not happy with this shop. They charged me $1,500 to replace my water pump. When I went back, they kept my car for a week because they damaged a pulley and installed a bad part, which was supposed to be under warranty. After one week, they told me it was a different part in the same area and made me pay again. I paid an extra $350. These people are fraudulent.

  I had a 12 o’clock appointment for an oil change and change wiper blades. I got there early about 11:50 I didn’t get out until like 2:20 They had one employee /worker he’s clearly upset working that’s the last thing you want. Someone upset working on your car while you’re trying to get it

  Needed new break pads and rotors ASAP, and they were able to squeeze me in that morning, which was amazing. They charged me $1500 which definitely seemed on the higher end, but they were the only place that could fit me in, so I had them do it. Then a month later my breaks are super squeaky, so I bring it back in and tell them to call me and let me know what the issue is first. When I got the call that it was finished they charged me $100 for them having to lube the breaks. But why was that not done when my breaks were done? I really didn't want to have to cough up more money for a job they did less than 2 months earlier.
