I arrived for my appointment and was told it was very busy and if I didn’t want to wait for an extended period that if I could bring my car back the next day. I agreed to come back the next day. It took over 2 hours. During this time my car sat up on a lift for more than thirty minutes with no one touching it. This customer service is the worst! When I asked why nobody was working on my tires, I was told that they were short of help. That should not be my problem. Very poor customer service. I will never take my car to a Mavis Dealer again I will pass this along to anyone who inquires about vehicle repair service.
