Drove it to Mavis Tire in Chili on a flat and they were able to get me in same day for a replacement fast even though they were short-staffed. Got me out of a huge bind. They really care about their customers and worked with me to find the right tire for my budget.

The representative's behavior was unprofessional, demonstrating a significant lack of customer service skills. They made inaccurate implications, changed a scheduled appointment without notification, and then wrongly accused the customer of lying. It is puzzling why a customer would be dishonest in this situation. The place Is being run like a shop shop!!! If you read a review of five stars , they must be fake and they are posting them themselves🛞Bob Falconer one of the regional managers should really make a better assessment of the type of employees that they hire.
- HJHeywood JablomeNov 7, 20251.0I took my van in to get 4 tires and an alignment. They had it for 7 hours. The alignment was so far off that I had to get it re-aligned at another shop. Also had to re-balance all of the tires because none of the old weights were removed, just more weights added. No valve stem caps and all of my center caps were missing when I picked it up.This all resulted in Mavis giving me a refund for those services. Then I noticed that when the van was lifted, the tech placed the lift pads under the rocker panels and not under the frame. This resulted in severe damage to the rocker panels in all four contact points. I had the repairs done at a local repair shop for a total of $3363.00! Trying to get Mavis to pay was difficult because nobody ever returned my calls. The supervisor for this store, BOB, never once answered his phone or returned any of my calls.The body shop managed to get Mavis to pay. If I could, I would give a -5 star rating. I will never do business with them again & I will be telling everyone I know not to do business there either.
