No I had to ask for my car back to go to appointments, bring it back to just get told the alignment tech isn’t here till tomorrow. My sister picks up the keys and nope they didn’t fix it. I’m convinced they didn’t even touch it. So now I have to try to get ahold of someone to fix it AGAIN. I don’t recommend at all.

If you show up at the scheduled time, there's no guarantee you'll be seen because they cram in as many people as possible without considering time blocks. If that is your business model then fine, but at least be up front about it and don't ask for $25 down. Additionally, I called one week ahead of time to ask whether I can order tires to their location to be put on. They said they have those tires already and they can put them on. Come day of, they claim they cant find the fourth tire and ask whether I can order it. Thought a chain location would be safe enough to do something as simple as put on some tires, and I was very mistaken. Huge waste of time, would not recommend.

I inquired what was the point of me having an appointment if it’s going to be a hour wait. Matt got very rude with me spoke to me as if I wasn’t smart enough to understand him regularly. I kindly left and went to the spencerport locstion. Upon arrival Matt decided to call me back about 1210 telling me I can come in for the service. I explained to him I went else where and did not like the way he spoke with me. Matt proceeded to yell at me and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional I would not recommend this location for me to be a paying customer the least I could have received what RESPECT! Very disappointed with mavis as well as Matt!

Arrived at 1:00pm for realignment and new tire, discovered a part was needed to fix alignment. Car was raised, lowered, brought to a second lift. Raised, lowered, parked behind back. Brought back to the second lift, raised it a third time. I left at 4:00 to eat. Came back at 4:30 to an employee leaving my car behind the building. He couldn’t figure out how to park the car, broke into my car to access an emergency break. The store manager confirmed there was no parking issue and fixed what the employee broke. Around $600 and 4 hours. Pretty sure the woman who arrived at 1:10 will not make her 5pm shift.
