They quoted us $1200. We ended up getting a second opinion and they said that they tried to rip us off. We only needed the front brakes changed and got them for a much more affordable price.

My tires were paid for and I had an appointment for installation. I was patient at first he finally "looked me up" in the computer after arguing with me about a receipt that I never received. Told me I was not in the computer then huffed and said I can't do nothin without a receipt and I need to go get it! I left upset "bird on the hand" if you know what I mean. Spoke the next day with Shawn Rogers and he fixed everything. Had my paperwork, apologized profusely for the unprofessional attitude of his coworker and installed my beautiful new tires on my truck. I believe you cannot let one bad employee sour the whole company. I gave them another chance and Shawn came through. Thank you Shawn

I put air in it and despite the temporary fix the sensor continued to report the same issue. I came in after a long day of work. The place literally closes at 6pm. I got in at 5:53pm and these guys still helped me! They found I had a nail in my tire and plugged it for me. I am so grateful for everyone at this location. They are always so knowledgeable and helpful. This is not the first time that they extended their efforts to me. Thank you guys so much!!! You are valued in the Gates community!
