- STShelly TyoFeb 11, 20262.0Update: Worked with manager of this location to have repairs done to my vehicle (completed within 2 weeks of the incident). And a loaner was paid for while the work was done. Happy that the damages were repaired and the manager, Bob, was quick and efficient in resolving the issue. Would just be careful which employee you are dealing with. Original: Would not recommend to anyone. Avoid Connor at this location. He is an incompetent tech and dishonest when he botches a service. My vehicle was in to have the tires replaced and put on the lift incorrectly and destroyed (they didn't use the lift extenders!!). Service was quoted for up to 2 hours, it took 6 and a half hours! I arrived to pick it up and Connor didn't mention the damage, I walked outside and saw my vehicle bottom panels crushed and had to go back in for an explanation where he told me they "had trouble with their lift and it was making a crunching sound". It was my car! Incompetent service and didn't even bother to tell me what he did. Now waiting on a call back from Bob, the manager, after 2 days of no response. Do NOT bring your vehicle here, these guys have no business working in this industry.

I went in to get a tire balance because my wheel was shaking and they took my car in and the called me out to let me know hey we can't do it because you need new tires(which is true i did) because it won't be even. They then told me but you have bigger problems. You need and inside and outside tie-rod on one of the sides and when people do them they don't usually do one they do both and you also need a wheel bearing. They told me it would cost 1886.59 but discounted it to 1650. My wifes dad is a mechanic and he was not available to do it and lives a bit awaya dn wouldn't be free for a couple of weeks so i couldn't do it with him. I told him what they said and how much and he said run away. Turns out it is just because i need new tires and a control arm. They are not honest.
