I purchased tires for my SUV and after 9 months (I did get alignment and had them rotated at this location) they are already totally shot. I did put a lot of miles on them in the year but still less than half of they are warranted for. Best they can do was offer me $250 dollars off an entire new set. No way they should shot - but I had the shop measure and I can tell from both tech and the managers reactions that they knew it something was not right and they should not be this worn down. Taking care of your customer by giving a real deal on a replacement or work with the tire company who is selling crap as a product. This was NOT the cheapest tire either - so not even like I went totally cheap and got what I paid for. Tire warranted for 50K and lasted 22K. I really felt like I had a car shop that I could work with and gave real customer service but can't help but feel I am getting screwed over and they are just looking to sell another set. I will try through the tire company - but certainly won't be coming back here.

After waiting two hours and listening to the guys in the shop playing around I looked and my car still hadn’t been touched. I went to the service desk and the guy asked if I was taking off? I said yes if you can’t pull my car in within 2 hours to look at it I’m not spending a cent here to fix it.
