Anyhow, they told me they would take off some money from a oil change next time. That to me is them admitting they over charged me. Should have just charged me the quote they gave me over the phone. Nice young man at the counter but you can't change the price after the service is done. Disappointed other than that everything was fine

Easily scheduled my inspection online and received a courtesy reminder call, as today approached. Car did need some additional work however Jake clearly explained what was needed and why. The price was reasonable and repairs completed in no time. Mike was fantastic, as well. The Irondequoit Goodyear will be my go-to from now on, just for their customer service alone. .
