Called here over a 45 minute window and no one would answer the phone!!! Requested a manager at 4:00 pm on a Friday was told none available and after explaining my plight of unable to reach someone on the phone, old guy that answered the phone states “if this isn’t the location for you then you can go somewhere else” I politely advised This is why you are a employee and not a owner. Location is open but takes me a hour to reach someone to make a appointment and some how I’m the issue for addressing this experience. Taking my car to Mavis next door. Was declined a manager or supervisor take my $150 somewhere else
Edit: Spoke with customer service wasted time. Offered me to commute to another location. Pay for the services and submit the documents for a rebate. Really terrible customer service is joke in store and over the phone wasted another 30 minutes with this foolishness. How about start with addressing the issue at the location more concerned about retaining business then providing a solution. Why would i want to pour numerous amounts of time into recovering a issue. My time is money im already 1 hours and 20+ into this issue. Now commute 15 minutes 2 another location to avoid further issues here. That’s another 30 minutes. Fill out a form send it etc check on it call. Another hour. Grand total 5+ man hours expected to get $100 discount man get yall stuff together.

I always feel a little nervous going into auto shops as a woman, but I had the best customer service from Jeremy.
I came in because I got a flat tire. The guys did the examination. Jeremy showed me where the cut was on the tire. There was no fixing it.
Jeremy was empathetic, delightful to talk to and even cheered me up (cause no one likes a flat tire). He sold me on a warranty for my tires that felt like a steal! $25 a tire for 3 years anywhere in the states, doesn’t matter what happens, I’ll get a free tire replacement. Wow! I am so thankful I originally bought my tires here. I got great customer service!

I stopped by Good Year to get my tire pressure checked and adjusted before a long trip and I was so impressed with their EXCELLENT Customer Service! Dan was very kind and he took very good care of me. It was time for me to replace my remote control battery for my car and he even helped me with that. I highly recommend them if you are in need of any of the services they provide!
