  Note of Appreciation and Satisfaction – Dewey Avenue Goodyear Good afternoon, My name is Sheila, and I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and satisfaction with the service I received at the Goodyear location on Dewey Avenue. A few weeks ago, I took my car to the dealership where I have faithfully gone every six months for routine maintenance fir the past five years. During that visit, I was given some very disturbing news. I was told my vehicle needed extensive repairs totaling approximately $8,000, including wheel bearings, front and rear brakes, and a gasket. This immediately shocked me, as I have consistently maintained my car, which a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and has approximately 39,600 miles. When I questioned the estimate, I was later offered a “discount,” bringing the total down to about $6,000. However, this still did not sit right with me, as I felt the diagnosis was not accurate. I then remembered that I used to take my vehicle to Goodyear years ago, before they moved from the Jefferson Road area. I decided to call Goodyear and was told to bring my car in the very next day. I explained the situation, and after a thorough inspection/diagnosis the Goodyear team informed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my wheel bearings, that I did not need front or rear brakes, and that I did not need the gasket repairs I had been quoted. The total cost for the service I actually needed was only $300, which still is not needed right away. I was told probably needed within the 10,000 miles or so. I cannot express enough how grateful and appreciative I am. The honesty, professionalism, and integrity shown by the team at the Dewey Avenue Goodyear location truly restored my trust. They saved me thousands of dollars and gave me peace of mind. Please know that because of this experience, Goodyear has earned my loyalty again. The Dewey Avenue team is outstanding, and I felt compelled to take the time to share my gratitude. Thank you for employing such awesome individuals and for the excellent service provided. Sheila Cage

  Everytime I visit Goodyear on Dewey the service is outstanding. They have you in and out as soon as they can and are very honest. I have a 2020 Chevy with 16,000 miles on it and the rotors looked new on the front but I felt ridges with my fingers on the backside. They ended up being completely rotted on the backside. They didn’t try and add on things I didn’t need or even pressure me. I ended up getting a great deal on 4 new tires as well. I’ve been going here about four years now and I won’t take my car to a dealership unless it’s something under warranty. I just think it’s a crime to sell new vehicles with brakes and tires that don’t even last 20K miles.

  Suddenly my car was without heat on one of our frigid days. I called Goodyear and they were able to help me. Mark went above and beyond by getting my car fixed by the end of the day, even arranging rides home and back. It was so much appreciated.
