    Mike was amazing! He turned a really terrible experience at another shop, into a great experience at Goodyear. Going to a mechanic as a woman, isn’t always easy, and they made it great.

    While driving with my 6yo granddaughter a very large nail ended up in my tire causing a flat - come to find out there was no spare for my car. As a widow who doesn't drive that much I had no idea what to do. I remembered my husband always trusted Goodyear on Dewey so I had it towed there. Within an hour Mark from Goodyear called and said that the flat tire was flat and recommended the other tires be replaced. Now I knew that to be true because on the last inspection it was noted that I likely had another to squeeze by on these original 2018 tires. Rather than try to upsell me - Mark took the time to review how much I drive, where I drive, etc., and sold me a reputable, solid tire that worked within my budget. They had the car ready for me by the end of the day. Even after passing four (4) years ago - my husband is still watching over me from above. Thank you Goodyear Dewey Ave (and Mark and team) - you have my business now!
