We continue to use Goodyear, year after year, because we value their expertise, honesty and reliability. Once you find an excellent mechanic you don’t need to look any further. They are who we call whenever our cars need service. Sean and the extended team at Goodyear in Penfield are the best at what they do! Highly recommend!

I went to get a state inspection and left -$20 because my car failed the inspection due to a loose wheel bearing that would have costed me $570 (according to Goodyear) dollars to REPLACE when I had both sides replaced not even a year ago. They called me and asked if it had been making noise (trying to get me to agree with them). They don’t care about saving you money or time. Scraped the sticker right when I got there without giving me prior notice. No documents signed or anything. Then proceeded to make me pay $20 for an incomplete inspection. I do not recommend this place for anyone, they are the most miserable people I have ever worked with. Do not make the same mistake I made, they don’t care about you, they are a scam.
