  Wow, these guys were awesome! Seamless pickup experience, great vehicle without issues, and a more than fair price. The "awesome" part of my experience is because of how they handled my evolving plans given the N'oreaster/bomb-cyclone chaos of winter break. Cancelled flight, change in drop-off details, updating locations... All good. The speed at which they managed to help was unfathomably fast. Thanks so much!

  Everyone from beginning to end of the car rental process was friendly, kind, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful I will certainly use enterprise the next time I need a rental.

  Typical airport rental experience. Reserved online, info confirmed, keys handed off. Needed new battery in key fob. Replaced. They actually sent me to the wrong car first. My first rental had engine failure light come on after 1 day, it took 4 days before someone responded and that was due to multiple emails. I was able to trade it out at a different airport.

  From pick-up to return, things couldn’t have gone smoother. Customer service was excellent! I am ALWAYS satisfied with Enterprise!

  Price and car were good but don’t leave items in the vehicle accidentally because they will likely “not be found”. Left my $150+ sunglasses in a rental car and reported it only a couple hours after returning and 3 weeks later I still only get an email saying “Unfortunately, your Lost Sunglasses has not been located at this time. We will continue to search for your lost item.” There’s no way they haven’t been found by now. No surprise with this in today’s world. No one is honest anymore 🙄 **Update - this was resolved by me going there and asking someone about it a month after reporting them left in the vehicle. They had them and I got them back but they were never reported for some reason 🧐 Was on hold forever twice just to be told an email would be sent to them about it. So I finally just drove there instead. I would love to give this more stars but when expensive personal property is lost and you report it (like their customer service says you need to do) and the company doesn’t do their end to help you…
