They picked me up when my rental agreement started AND then picked the car up from my home during my busy work day. WOW! They were also accommodating and punctual on both days, and made me feel like family. Thomas Petrichick was delightfully professional and is socially savvy. He took extra time with me to be certain that I was comfortable with my beautiful Cadillac's features. He was also unbelievably understanding with my negligence in returning the car with the same amount of gas that the car came with. I look forward to working with them again, and will go out of my way to rent from not only Thomas at Enterprise, but East Rochester's location in the future. You should, too!!
