Communication was terrible! Waited 6 months for a radio to come in on an extended warranty for them to have it for 3 weeks to have it “broken”. Then we were told it was going to be another 4-5 months to get another one in. Now mind you, this took out the heat, the radio, the charging ports, the locks, the taillight and the led’s in the front. After I sent an email to the CEO, mysteriously there’s another radio that’s been sitting there since September but they can’t do anything with it because it’s not matched to my VIN. Long story short, they were able to put that radio in but guess what….. still doesn’t work! Yep so, here I sit waiting for my next call with the CEO and it has been turned in to the Attorney Generals office with all of the ppwk because now, they want to charge a 199.99 diagnostic free because the radio still isn’t working!!!

Service was rendered quickly and I was back on the road in less than 2 hours. Great customer care kept me informed the whole time.

My vehicle that wouldn't take a jump was towed into the dealership for not starting on a Friday. I received a few phone calls from mechanics asking me what was going on with the car because it wouldn't start. I picked up my vehicle on Wednesday, they let me know they replaced the battery and it was all set. I asked them if they also did the NYS inspection which, they did Not and told me to drive 50 miles and then come back for the inspection. Yesterday I decided to top off my fluids and when I popped the hood I noticed that 1.) The positive terminal red cover is completely missing and 2.) The negative terminal was completely loose and I was able to wiggle it and take it entirely off without loosening the nut. But also noticed that it wasn't able to be tightened anymore. I went to Auto Zone and purchased a battery terminal shim and had to install it myself. Something I should Not have had to do after spending $589 for a battery replacement from the dealership. When I picked my vehicle up I had noticed that there was a smear of mud on the inside of the driver's side door. I informed the person that had brought my car that my car didn't come like this, he said he would grab a rag, I waited....and after a couple minutes just left because he didn't come back out. I understand people make mistakes but a customer should not find that the job was not completed or left unsafe. UPDATE: I sent a text to their Customer Relations Rep that got back to me with apologies. When I then had to purchase battery post shims to help snug up the negative terminal and perform the work myself. I sent another text explaining what was done, and that I would like $200 back to make up for poor service in labor and missing parts. That is when she decided to call me and speak to me directly. I admit, she did get an earful from me, explaining that no customer should walk out of that shop with this poor quality of service performed. And how many customers wouldn't have noticed and it could cause multiple issues. She apologized, said she couldn't make the decision on a refund and would have a manager call me back. I received a text back from her right after we hung up that reads: Tera, thanks for taking my call today...I will follow up with you shortly. Thanks for your patience. M Crickets... Then 2.5 hours later... I get another text that reads: Hello Tera, The manager will be reaching out to you shortly. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. ....still I wait....now almost a week later without a call. That was December 22nd...today is now the 30th. Just dropped it down to 1 star.

We booked the oil change and tire rotation weeks in advance. We go to our appointment and were told that it will be an hour to an hour and 10 minutes due to weather causing staff to be late and back up. While we understood that and appreciated being informed, it took 2 hours and no one told us it would be further delayed. Really 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation? So many issues even scheduling the first service and was about 10 minutes late was told it would take longer, so the same thing happens while on time? One more oil change service as part of the purchase, thankfully.
