The next day I received an email that said I can only set up for 0900. Odd right? I'm docking a star because their software for setting the appt is glitchy. I got there a few minutes before 9, brought the vehicle to the line. Turned over the keys, signed the paperwork for the work to be performed, went inside and sat down, within 20 minutes it was complete. Fast work. Happy. But the software, it really needs to be checked.
