    Not happy with a 3 hour oil change , tire rotate and changing computer from Spanish to English ! I was there 10 minutes early for my 1o'clock appointment !

    I would put zero stars if possible. The team and assistant manager are rude and dismissive. They contradicted their own diagnostic 4 separate times and provided unclear and inconsistent information. I took my car to a separate company who disproved everything that cortese said, and that my car was entirely fine. They tried to over charge me for numerous repairs, and attempted to suggest fixes that were far from needed. I have zero trust in anything that they say or do, and I will never be back. Interested customers should look elsewhere.

    Awful experience. They treat people like they are dumb and don’t take accountability when they are wrong. I took my wife’s car in for a recall and service advisor Mike tried to tell me there were 3 recommended services for the car. I knew for a fact that the only service recommended at the mileage point was new spark plugs. When I told him that he said I’m wrong. I told him to look again because it has a turbo and he looked in the computer and found that I was right. He doubled down on the other devices and I did not appreciate that at all. No apology for saying that I’m wrong either as not appropriate either in my opinion. Fake, talk you like you are dumb and it’s all in corporate customer service lingo (said the words failure and broke several times as a scare tactic for the upsells) to try and upsell on stuff that the car doesn’t call for. Lastly, I did ask to listen to the car to confirm a noise was normal. Mike said in order to listen to it he has to charge the $199 diagnostics fee because they are going to have to tear the car apart to find why it’s making a noise. Why do you need to tear the car apart to listen? I said forget that I said that because listening takes about 10 seconds. They could have called and said yes it’s normal or hey I recommend we take a further look, what do you think? if this how Cortese taught their employees to speak to customers, shame on them.
