- KLKim LaddFeb 21, 20265.0After getting an alignment @ Firestone, visiting a Ford dealership and them being told I needed four brand new tires I DID NOT NEED, my Ford Explorer was all over the road and very Unsafe to drive in Rochester‘s winter weather. The manager Aaron was the first person to actually take an interest in what the problem can be, made suggestions and even went above and beyond to research more on his own time. Turns out the rear of my truck was way out of alignment (Firestone let me leave this way after paying for an alignment then insisted it was my tires which had 7 tread depth left on them) He knew how to fix it and gave me more peace of mind than I’ve had in months. Would’ve saved me a ton of aggravation, time and money if I had gone to Cole Muffler in the first place. Very knowledgeable!! Would definitely recommend.

Not only were they almost 500 bucks cheaper than the big market chains but I was offered a ride to pick up the needed parts. Aaron was very honest and helpful about what I needed exactly, showed me the issue and never tried to upsell me on unneeded parts. I will be bringing my truck here for all needed service. -2013 Chevy Silverado 1500
