- ARAmber rawlsFeb 19, 20265.0I had a great experience with Dennis, he’s a wonderful person and his customer service A1, I appreciate him. Thank you for everything. I purchased a rear windshield blade and he also poured the fluid into my car! And he put the blade on.
- SSStew SFeb 12, 20261.0Really poor customer service. When entering there were around 5 employees standing around. The first person asked if I need help and I told her I need a wiper blade replacement. She looked up the blade for the rear window of my SUV and I asked if they install wiper blades. She said yes, got the new blade, and I paid for it. She hands me the blade and starts to turn around. I said "Aren't you going to install it?" and she said "Nope". I said "you told me you do install them" and she said "not on the rear of SUVs". I told her to take it back and returned it. As I turn to leave another employee, who looked like a supervisor, looked at me curiously. I asked her if the store policy was to not install replacement blades and she said "we install them". It seems the first person just didn't want to go outside. I went to a competitor auto parts store and got great service. I'll never go back to this store even though it is closer.

Talking about my first visit with another employee as if they were mocking me. All from the store manager, the afro head employee. Very disappointed and disrespectful.
