- AKabby kennedy6 days ago5.0I don’t normally post reviews but the store manager was so helpful that I thought I should share. One of my headlights went out on a busy day and I was stressed out trying to figure out the issue without having to go to an expensive mechanic. It was already a hectic week and this problem was really stressing me out. I figured it might be a fuse issue because both the low beam and high beam went out at the same time. The store manager came outside with me in the snow and grabbed a couple fuses to try out. They didn’t work because it ended up being the bulb, and he also replaced the bulb for me. I appreciated that he went out of his way to try out the fuses and replacing the bulb rather than just selling me the parts and having me figure it out on my own (which I would have totally understood). It felt like he went above and beyond and it really helped me out. All of the staff was friendly and I never felt rushed.

- DPDONNA PORTERNov 6, 20255.0We, (me-74 and granddaughter -20), were attempting to change a flat tire In their parking lot. The store manager drove up and saw the dilemma and offered to help. He had a better jack and lifted the car higher. Everything went smoothly until the tire would not come off. He had to get a sledgehammer and it still took a few minutes for it to loosen. We would never of been able to do it without him. So much appreciation for his kindness It’s a great store. Always willing to help. One of the employees had already come out to help as well. So, big thank you to both!!
