He had a better jack and lifted the car higher. Everything went smoothly until the tire would not come off. He had to get a sledgehammer and it still took a few minutes for it to loosen. We would never of been able to do it without him. So much appreciation for his kindness It’s a great store. Always willing to help. One of the employees had already come out to help as well. So, big thank you to both!!

I was being assisted by 2 very polite and very helpful employees, One had a name starting with an "M" and the other was April, when their manager came in and started verbally berating them in front of me, rushing them through their job and then speaking ill of the employee "M" after that employee had left for a delivery order in front of me and another customer. Extremely unprofessional behavior from whoever that manager was and I will be visiting the store again today. I hope I do not have another experience like this again. The two employees April and "M" were very sweet and helped me with everything, it was the store manager that was extremely rude and unprofessional in front of customers.
