One of my headlights went out on a busy day and I was stressed out trying to figure out the issue without having to go to an expensive mechanic. It was already a hectic week and this problem was really stressing me out. I figured it might be a fuse issue because both the low beam and high beam went out at the same time. The store manager came outside with me in the snow and grabbed a couple fuses to try out. They didn’t work because it ended up being the bulb, and he also replaced the bulb for me. I appreciated that he went out of his way to try out the fuses and replacing the bulb rather than just selling me the parts and having me figure it out on my own (which I would have totally understood). It felt like he went above and beyond and it really helped me out. All of the staff was friendly and I never felt rushed.
