- JJJobiwanDec 29, 20255.0Just had to post the fact that I had a wonderful experience at the AutoZone Penfield Road location. I had a headlight go out on my Chevy Impala on Saturday, Dec 27th. I called the store on Sunday morning, Dec 28th and they told me to bring it right over and they would replace it for me. We decided to replace both headlights and they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I spoke to Bill on the phone and he and Debra were very kind and professional fixing my problem. Debra went above and beyond despite the cold weather. What an intelligent, warm and happy young women. I would highly recommend This location to anyone. Cheers to them both! Especially Debra.

Was not only given the wrong part but rung up for a different part than I was given. Had to drive back across the city to return it to the original store. So when I voiced some frustration (not even shouting just general annoyance), the man who caused this mess was laughing in my face. Apparently it's funny to give the wrong parts out AND ring out a wrong part. So that the customer has to spend their afternoon on a wild goose chase to 3 different autozone store across the city. PS. They won't let you return or exchange at any other location than where you purchased. So save yourself the engery, money and time. Just go to advanced auto, where they sell you the right part thr first time.
