    Battery installation is free, but only if you purchase the battery in person at the store. Online orders do not qualify for the free installation, even if you select in-store pickup. There should really be a clear disclaimer about this on the website, because it’s easy to assume “pickup in store” would count. The staff were helpful once I got there, but it was frustrating to find that detail out the hard way.

    I wanted to recognize excellence in customer service! I was greeted by Ronnie close to closing time tonight with a part request. He had the part number in memory and had me out the door with a replacement in under 5 minutes. Your staff at this location are incredible. Thank you very much!!

    Every time I go I get what I need everything is so nice in accommodate good service if you need help they there to help you if you need to talk you can get it there with no problem it's very nice good service good prices the prices is the best you can never get no thin cheap on parts then Wilbur's thank you for Wilbur I recommend it to anyone that need parts to go to Wilbur's
