  The mechanic was able to put a connecting sleeve between my exhaust and my catalytic converter, as the catalytic converter itself was still good. This repair which was effective, saved me a lot of money from having a new catalytic converter installed. Tamara at the desk is very knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and efficient. She also gives good referrals to other places for repairs their shop doesn't do.

  Always friendly, cost effective and quick service. My children and I would not chose anywhere else to go as we are comfortable waiting for our vehicle an I know it will be safe every time I leave. Just got my snow tires here this year and keep my car in check with seasonal services.

  I needed al of the fluids checked on my car, as well as my tire pressure after vacation. The Manager, Aaron checked everything making sure I was safe! I always know I am in good hands when he is therr! Thank uou!

  had a punctured tire while visiting a student at RIT. Mavis offered an early appointment, the Lady who assisted me was kind and gracious and had my vehicle in the shop almost immediately. I was on a time crunch as i was trying to get back to Long Island. Her team took care of the puncture, put my tire back on the car and stored my spare in the bed of my truck. Amazing service in a world where kindness goes a long way, you never know how badly someone day is going but it cost you nothing to be kind. I would recommend this location to anyone and would use them again in the future. thank you for your kindness

  I received an all wheel alignment at the 17 lake Ave location due to rear drivers side tire bowing inward. I check reviews every where prior to service. The reviews I've read are great. Im not happy with the service. There was a vehicle behind mines when I picked it up. Soon as I get home and walk to the rear of the vehicle what do I see. The same drivers side rear tire bowed in. That one tire being out of alignment was my primary reason for needing service. My eyes aren't straight as a laser but I can almost guarantee it's a quarter of an in out of alignment it's clearly visible. Picked up my vehicle 15 minutes to close. Let's see how things go trying to get it corrected being that it's under a 3,000 miles warranty. They did correct the issue the following Monday I wasn't there 30-45 minutes and am happy with the outcome. That's not the best area to work in I now understand how they can be distracted. One customer flew off the deep end hitting the counter with a bat and threatened to break computers. The store wasn't at fault at all for that interaction.
