  I stopped in because something was knocking around under the hood of my car. John Michael and Aiden went above and beyond to figure out the cause. They gave additional time and attention to help me fix the problem so I could drive home safely. I am beyond grateful for the help and service at this AutoZone!! Thank you So much!

  Came by for a battery / starter check. Mo was very quick and accommodating. He was very helpful not only to test the battery but also to explain options should further assistance be needed.

  I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this AutoZone location. During checkout, the cashier pointed at the candy my child was holding and said, "Your son stole that, are you paying for that." This was completely false - my child bought that candy earlier from another store, and AutoZone does not even sell that item. Instead of asking politely, the employee chose to accuse a child of stealing in front of other customers. It was embarrassing, disrespectful, and unnecessary. I expect better behavior and basic professionalism from staff. Management should review this incident seriously and ensure employees are trained not to make false accusations toward customers, especially children.
