  Today, I purchased engine oil for my car from this AutoZone location and went to a mechanic to have my oil changed. When the mechanic opened the bottle, it was already opened and appeared to contain used oil. I returned to the store to report the issue, but the staff handled the situation poorly. I was told to wait for a manager to decide, and I felt that my concern was not taken seriously. I have been a long-time AutoZone customer and have purchased many items for my vehicles over the years. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and respect shown to me as a customer. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and do not plan to shop here in the future.

  Worst customer service ever and I will never refer anyone there. Terrible Workers. No one knows what they’re doing, and everyone has an attitude, the worst experience of my life.
