  Took my car to be serviced at Safelite in Riverhead and everything was great. The nice, kind man at the desk (Dave) was unbelievably professional and explained everything that the insurance company forgot to explain. I was told it was a 9:30am appointment which it was not and Dave explained to me about the all day drop off and that my car would be ready by the end of the day which could be between 4pm to 6pm but I would get a call when the car is done. I want to thank Dave at the desk for explaining this to me because I was frustrated that my insurance did not explain this. Dave is definitely a good person to have up front interacting with the customers. Thank you to everyone at the Safelite riverhead shop especially Dave and the tech I believe Jon.

  Go anywhere else to any other Safelight. The desk guy is arrogant lazy and dishonest. If you want to wait for hours and hours this is your place

  Safelite was super easy. Website very user friendly. Tech was great, on time and fixed my windshield very efficiently

  They were great! It was unexpectedly seamless experience; I arrived and within minutes, they started the repair. I paid in advance so when I returned to get my car, I was on my way within minutes.

  Dave at Counter is very rude and unprofessional, will be following up with corporate and Chris manger in regards to his conduct. Refused to give me , my keys had to call Riverhead PD, other worker had to step in to help. Dave is one of the worst customer service contacts I have ever dealt with, and according to other worker has had numerous complaints. I recorded it. Can't wait to see what corporate has to say about this.
