    Very poor customer service and lack of communication. Recently rented a car, had absolutely no way to contact Riverhead location, was left on hold for 20 minutes and eventually, would just travel to the location to walk in to find an absolutely empty office so no excuse for not answering their phones. Reported two folding tables left behind within hours of returning the vehicle and while an employee recalled seeing them, they were never able to find them. They insisted no one threw them away and nobody stole them, but I’m out $100 worth of lost items that I know somebody took out of the vehicle once it was returned.

    I went today, Thursday, March 5th, at 5:30. I had a reservation to pick up a car, but they refused to give it to me. They told me I could pick it up tomorrow at 3:30. I think they need to be more responsible when they give a specific time for when they will deliver a car.
