We called this morning to confirm we'd be picking it up around 5 and were informed they may not have a car. We called multiple times to find out what was going on, and were eventually told by someone in a corporate office that Riverhead had then cancelled our reservation and there was nothing they could do to help now. I have now been sitting on hold for over 20 minutes attempting to get in touch with the Riverhead office since I need a vehicle for the weekend, no one has answered. I am now stranded, without a vehicle with my kids for vacation.
