I brought my 2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid in for maintenance and discovered that my engine cover was missing and my steering wheel was misaligned. I reported these issues multiple times, but the dealership kept delaying me and never provided a solution or any follow-up communication. The lack of customer service and responsibility here is really disappointing, and I’m giving this dealership a low rating because of it. I hope others don’t have to deal with the same issues.”
