  At first I got the run around and then they tried to sell me a car with a lien on it but they finally got it together and I came out of there with a beautiful car not the color I wanted but it is very nice and I appreciate the ceo of the company stepped in and made it great for me

  Eagle Kia of Riverhead has a great selection of vehicles, a cool showroom and polite, friendly and helpful staff. Our salesperson Lamelle was a laid back no pressure guy which made shopping for a new vehicle pleasurable. He gave us our space to ask lots of questions, view the vehicle we were interested in and was extremely knowledgeable about many facts concerning auto buying. When it came time for price negotiation he was fair and upfront with us, had financing info immediately available making our purchase easy and stress-free. Directions for next steps were conveniently written out by Lamelle making our to do list easy to follow and delivery day was smooth. In a time when buying a new car can be confusing and overwhelming Eagle Kia of Riverhead made our experience a great one. If you're interested in a Kia go see Lamelle. You will not be disappointed.

  Started off with great service — they made a commitment to do a few things at a fair price, told me it would take 2 hours — it took 5 and then when I went to pay the price went up (but nothing changed, mind you I was in for a recall), then he said he didn’t recall agreeing to that price. They ultimately honored it, but not after making it like I was lying. Car is fixed, but wouldn’t return.

  The best of the best! Steven Aguirre assisted us in buying a Kia Carnival and he went way beyond what anyone could or should expect. We were buying this car using non-dealer financing and we live out of state - the car was going to Maryland. Steven coordinated with us daily about the financing status and when the van would be ready for shipment. Our shipper cancelled on us and we had to arrange for a family member to take the train up to Riverhead to pick up the car. Steven even offered to meet the person at the train station! Picking up the van was seamless and the van was exactly as advertised. We love this van and are so happy we chose Riverhead and Steven to make this deal happen. If you're looking for a car, Steven Aguirre is your guy!
