That part was a 5/5 but… they offered a free car wash and I was hesitant because I didn’t want my car going through a machine since it would cause swirly marks and scratches. They reassured me that they hand wash the cars. So obviously I said yes. When I drove my car home my heart sunk. My outdoor light revealed swirly marks all over my car…. My car is brand new and I’ve never gone through a car wash for this exact reason!!!! I don’t understand why I would be lied to or maybe they did hand wash it and their equipment is very cheap and scratches cars, but it’s crazy. It seems like it was a car wash though because the front and rear bumpers were not cleaned at all which probably means it was a machine? Anyways, I love this dealership, the salesmen are great, but my service experience wasn’t great. Again very nice staff, but now I have swirly marks on a 2025 car which can only be fixed with paint correction or buffing, which I shouldn’t have to deal with….. I literally had no problem with not getting a car wash. I would’ve been happy walking away with a dirty car with no swirly’s. I hope someone can make this right, but I don’t know how I can trust anyone when the damage was already done. Again maybe it was truly hand washed, but why is a car dealerships equipment scratching my brand new car?
