  I was left sitting around in the waiting room because no one bothered to tell me when they had finished the repair on my car. I only found out when I went outside and saw my car sitting in their parking lot. When I asked what happened they said Crystal was supposed to tell me but "she left".

  Steven Aguirre was not only super kind and friendly but so freaking helpfull. Long story short I got into a car accident back in the begining of January and he not only checked in to see if i was okay but if anything was needed to help the stress of buying a new car easier. Since I can't drive he send videos of the two cars I was intrested in and just help me so so much and his personality is phenomenal. He is one of the major reasons why I did purchase this vehicle, while I won't be able to drive any time soon he did help the overall process become super easy. He deserves a raise and do does his manager she was amazing and kind too!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience at Kia of Riverhead. The whole process was smooth, professional, and genuinely no nonsense. The facilities are brand new, which was a nice bonus. Lamelle was exceptional, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and walked through the features without any pressure. His personality made things relaxed, and it was clear he wanted to help me find the right fit. What started as an internet inquiry led me to Matthew, who was great to work with. Darius, the finance manager, made everything quick, straightforward and transparent with no surprises. Cherise was welcoming and helpful throughout, and together they all made the experience easy. This team works well together, and it shows. That was my experience. Based on my visit, I’d definitely recommend Kia of Riverhead for a friendly, low pressure buying experience.

  I called Eagle Kia for an oil change and they were able to get me in the same day. Upon arrival I was greeted by Crystal who is simply a breath of fresh air! Kind, courteous and knowledgeable, an admirable combination for sure! Anjel was my service advisor and a well-seasoned professional in all aspects. The waiting room was very comfortable, stocked with snacks and refreshments. My car was completed in an hour and Anjel then went over the multi point inspection findings. No bull, no high pressure up-selling, just the facts. We discussed bringing my car back in for open recalls, and ended with him telling me that they had also washed and vacuumed my car for me, Wow! I write this review today to commend Crystal, Anjel and their techs - they are a rare find!!
