  Staff was helpful with ensuring you are purchasing the correct items for your car. The only drawback is that the checkout lines are always long being that it’s usually 1 or 2 cashiers.

  Pésimo servicio los empleados te tratan de la peor manera no hacen nada ni te ayudan a buscar lo que nesesitan esta muchacha no es profesional y es mal educada te trata como si fueras empleada de ella

  Huge shoutout to Ulises! I came in with a dead battery and he made a stressful situation incredibly easy. He was fast, completely honest, and even let me leave the dead battery at the store when I needed to leave and come back. He gave me his contact info, was super responsive, and remembered exactly who I was the second I walked back in, even though it was super busy. He was friendly, professional, and gave me honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. AutoZone, this is the exact kind of employee that keeps customers coming back. Give this man a raise!

  Went to go get my engine light check from a scanner. Young lady rudely and fast said “NO!” After another team member asked “is the scanner working?” And his response was “its not working right now”. What it seems to me was they didn’t want to assist. But i seen two scanners hanging on the shelve. Pretty sure one of them worked. Stay away from this place if you want assistance from young employees that arent knowledgeable about car parts besides what they read off them computers.
