I work in healthcare - as I was waiting with my pup I met other customers: one experiencing the stress of price gauging electric bill causing extreme worry on a fixed income, another person recovering from surgery and a kind gentlemen that lost his adult son and experienced a life and death experience. We huddled together in a kindred, authentic, uplifting way. The team at Mavis were attentive to each customer, fixing parts that were easy to fix vs up charging, communicated what needed to be fixed in 3 months and 6 months and were kind to their customers. I felt like I was back in the 1980s when an auto repair garage took pride in their community. There are good places out there! Thank you for keeping us safe on the road and caring for your community! ❤️

- MRMark RovereFeb 1, 20265.0While visiting Rhinebeck from Baltimore, Snow bank damage ripped my 2007 Toyota Solara convertible engine guard back causing it to drag on the road. I went to Mavis in hopes of getting an appointment later in the day to repair The damage, but they were able to fit me in within the hour to do the repair. While on the lift, the mechanic noted that I had a large bubble in my right front tire. The tires were old and I elected to have them installed two new tires. I have nothing but high praise for Mavis and Xavier who got me in to the queue. Thumbs up for excellent customer service I can’t recommend them highly enough on that front

I have contacted this location twice over the past few months for assistance with a few car maintenance issues.
