  Had a flat on the way to Albany. Thankfully this location was close by and they had everything on site. They even had my exact tires in stock. I didn't need to return the next day or wait for an order. Service was quick and the technician explained everything. No delay. Im glad I didn't have to try multiple tire shops.

  Went to switch my winter to summer tires. Tyler advised that my summer tires were no longer safe and helped me choose a new set. He was very informative, offered a reasonable price, made an honest recommendation, and has great customer service. Will return.

  I would give this a 0 star review if I'm being honest. I found tires I needed online and scheduled an appointment for "tire purchase" as it was the closest I could find for tire installation. Show up for the appointment and I was told that there was no reservation. Once I provided the email confirmation, suddenly they found it. I am then told the tires I want are out of stack and the closest tire they have is 2 times the price. I show them that the website states the tire is available for purchase from the East Greenbush, NY location. But they still claimed they didn't have the tires. So I go outside, go to purchase the tires I want and schedule the installation for 1 hr later. Go in and tell them about the appointment, suddenly, the computer is down and they don't know when it will be back running. Bait and switch is illegal in New York. I will be filing this with every single office applicable so this can not happen again. Walmart is directly across the street, they had the same priced tires and went out of their way to help me. No excuses, no attempts at up selling, just good old fashioned customer service. Never thought I would be saying that about Walmart and not Mavis.

  Driving home from work and I notice my engine splash shied is down. I pulled into my nearest Mavis Tire at 5:50pm not knowing they close at 6pm. Im greeted by a young man that is very friendly abd knowledgeable. I told him what the issue is and I asked if he could help. He asked his co worker who was working in the shop they both said not a problem. I said how much they both said its FREE. I told them I didnt have cash just a debit card they were still willing to help me out. This literally made my day as I have no clue how to fix anything on a car. I am grateful for their help and kindness, The most important thing is John alerted me to a bigger issue. I need brakes. He showed me just how bad it really was. Needless to say next week I will be back. As they are closed today. John told me he wouldn't be in but Brandon would take care of me. I am so relieved and now these young men have me as a customer for life.

  I had such a great experience here! Car trouble is always stressful, but the team was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from start to finish. What could have been a really frustrating day ended up feeling calm and manageable thanks to their professionalism and genuine care.
