- SMSabrina McGintyOct 29, 20252.0I walked in on a Sunday to schedule work on my vehicle for later that week, I needed new rotors and an inspection. I asked that my car be ready by noon on Thursday, as I was going out of town that afternoon for over a week. I was told ny tje person at the desk he would make a notation to have it be the first that day. I dropped my car off on Wednesday at 4:30. Again I stated I would be heading out of town and needed it completed by noon the following day. Again I was told by the person at the desk, no problem, they would let the mechanic know. On Thursday I recieved a call from the mechanic at 11:50 am to go over what needed to be done and was quoted $1,300. When I stated that I was assured the car would be ready by noon, he informed me that no one share that information with him or he would have had it completed by then. I approve the completion of the work, but would not be able to pick up the car until the end of the following week. When I collected my car a week later the total was $1,700 which was significantly more than I was quoted. I have noticed the service at this location has declined in the past 6 months. As a result, I have decided to begin going elsewhere as my family jas been very disappointed in our recent service experiences.
